Cancellations must be processed at least 36 hours prior to a booking commencing, otherwise full fees are payable. This rule is designed to give the lodge manager time to allocate rooms and also to allow other members a chance to book a bed you no longer need. Charges will not be waived except in exceptional circumstances.
Account statements will usually be sent in the week following your stay and are payable in full on receipt.
Note that the lodge operates on the basis of ‘booked beds’ not booked rooms, however room numbers may be allocated for the period of the booking. These will be emailed to you immediately prior to your stay. If you don't get an email, check the whiteboards on arrival at the lodge. If you want to change rooms, check first with the Lodge Manager or Duty Committee member. Do not just change rooms!
Arrival & departure times are: 1700 hrs (5pm) on the day of arrival, vacating the cleaned room by no later than 1700 hrs (5pm) on the day of departure.
If the beds are fully booked the website will allow you to join a waitlist. Waitlisted bookings are automatically placed when a cancellation is processed by someone else. Be sure to check back to see if your waitlisted booking has been placed.
During the four days of Navy and Club Ski Championships, competitors and their families have priority for bookings.
